Four Seasons Counseling & Wellness
I currently offer Intuitive Eating Counseling nationwide via telehealth, supporting clients in developing a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and body.
Beginning May 2026, I will also offer psychotherapy services. My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and values-based approaches to support healing, resilience, and greater alignment with what matters most.
